Stress affects us all-- from the young to the very old, whether you are rich or poor. We get stressed out about the economy, work, school and relationships. What is important is how you handle your stress. One of the best ways to release stress is to do a physical activity you enjoy and spend time with a group of people that share the same interests and values you do.

One of the best ways to deal with stress is to do Tai Chi. While performing Tai Chi you will slowly drift into a state of relaxation and the stress, anxiety and tension will disappear from your mind and body.
