An exercise that can help control type 2 diabetes

A research team did a 12 week study with patients with type 2 diabetes along with 30 other people that were the same age group. After the 12 week program the diabetic patients glycated haemoglobin levels fell significantly from 7.59% to 7.16.

Strenuous physical activity depresses the immune system response, but a moderate exercise like Tai Chi seems to have the opposite effect.
